Delivery
We make a standard delivery charge of ?5 regardless of the number of products ordered or the parcel size. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 working hours, payment verification and stock permitting. We expect it will take 3 to 5 working days for your order to reach you via Parcel Force from the time you place it.
We deliver to all addresses in the UK, with the exception of the Channel Islands. Orders for delivery to the Channel Islands, the Republic of Ireland and other overseas destinations are the subject of special arrangements so please contact us to discuss cost and how we can effect delivery.
Returns
If you wish to return an item purchased anywhere other than from this website, you should return the item to the place of original purchase.
We very much hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you change your mind about any products in your order you can return them to us within 28 days and, given that they are in good condition, receive an exchange or a refund.
